Bria Add-In for Outlook™ – Quick Start

The Add-In works in:

• Email: When the Reading Pane is on the right.

• Email: When the Reading Pane is at the bottom.

• Contacts: When an individual contact is opened.

Working with the Add-in

Click to start an instant message

Click a number to phone

A red icon indicates you have

voicemail

Click to phone voicemail. (Voicemail

must be set up in Softphone >

Accounts > Voicemail)

Click to show the About window

Click this arrow to expand or collapse the Add-In

Collapsed View

The availability of people in the email, if

the person is set up as a contact in Bria

and that contact has an email address.

If the person is not a Bria contact (with

an email address) they show as

“Unknown”
