If you have contacted CounterPath Customer Support in order to troubleshoot a problem, you may be asked to
generate a diagnostic log and send it to CounterPath.

Perform the actions you
want to capture
When done, choose Help > Troubleshooting
> Diagnostics > Advanced Logging again.
The report is sent. Close this
